Application fees and camp fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. All fees are processed through our secure payment system and are subject to the terms of our payment processor.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Camp Veritas does not store your complete payment card information.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Camp Veritas. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our refund policy, which may vary based on the timing of the request and camp session dates.
Fees may be displayed in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) based on your location. Final charges will be processed in the currency specified at the time of payment. Currency conversion rates are determined by our payment processor and may fluctuate.

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical information for all camp participants. Camp Veritas will use this information solely for the purpose of ensuring participant safety and providing appropriate care during camp sessions.
In case of medical emergency, you authorize Camp Veritas staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for participants as deemed necessary by medical professionals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMP VERITAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Camp Veritas's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Camp Veritas in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camp Veritas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Camp Veritas may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Camp Veritas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
